All return items must be unworn with their original tags. They must be securely placed within original packaging and include all accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you have shipped the item.
Wear Arie reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Local Shipping, within United Arab Emirates, takes 2-3 days. It will be processed from the date of purchased and will be forwarded to the courier on the same day (except end of business day and weekends).
Worldwide shipping has a flat rate however, depending on the weight, this will vary accordingly.
Custom taxes and duties will be paid by the customer.
Kindly note that shipping cost, and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
This bag is handcrafted using fibers, fabrics, and/or with leathers all locally sourced in the Philippines. These materials are natural and any color variations or marks are innate features and should not be considered as imperfections or damages. Slight differences in weaving patterns and embroideries are a result of the handmade process of crafting each piece.
To keep your bag looking as good as new, we recommend that you avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, dust, or any direct heat sources, and contact with water.
Kindly do not use any cleaning products. Instead, clean it with a clean dry cloth. Slightly damp the cloth in water when needed and leave the bag out to dry.
When not in use, store the bag in the protective dust bag provided.
